Refund Policy

Credit Purchases (One-Time)
Since credits are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for credit purchases. However, if you experience a technical issue where credits were charged but not delivered to your account, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Subscription (Pro Plan)
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will retain any unused credits after cancellation
- No further charges will be made
If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription and have not used any of the subscription credits, you may request a full refund.
Service Issues
If our AI tools produce unsatisfactory results, please note that credits are consumed upon processing and cannot be refunded based on output quality. We recommend using the free tools first to familiarize yourself with the Service before purchasing credits.
If the Service is unavailable or a processing error occurs on our end (e.g., server failure during processing), we will refund the credits used for that operation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email hello@pixweave.app with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
