By accessing or using Pixweave (“the Service”), available at pixweave.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pixweave is an all-in-one file toolkit that provides free tools for working with PDFs, images, and videos, as well as AI-powered image editing tools including background removal, object erasing, and image upscaling.

3. Accounts & Credits

Most tools are free and do not require an account. AI-powered features require a user account via Google or GitHub sign-in. New users receive 5 free credits upon signup. Additional credits can be purchased through our payment provider. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Credit Usage

AI-powered features consume credits per use. The credit cost for each tool is displayed before processing. Credits do not expire. Free tools do not require credits or an account.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). By purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service. Subscription plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

6. User Content & Privacy

You retain ownership of all files you upload. Most tools process files entirely in your browser — your files never leave your device. AI-powered tools send files to our servers for processing; these files are discarded immediately after the operation completes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any files you upload.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
